Preparatory phase
  • Select six students from the class randomly. Out of the six students, request five of them to stay away from the classroom. Handover one story to the remaining student and ask him/ she to read and memorise it. After finishing reading, Student number 1 will call student number 2 who is waiting outside the classroom and describe the story to student number-2. After that student number 2 will call student number 3. Then student number-1 will go back to his / her seat. It will be repeated until each student will get an equal chance to describe the story. After that discuss the actual essence of the story and the way they transacted or communicated

Definition: Effective communication is the ability to create and share ideas, concepts, views, information, emotions etc from one place to another place through different persons, groups etc.Self identity is the way oneself draws their identity with the help of different roles and believes they have. It is very important in defining the different perspectives of an individual. By developing self-identity, everyone can select their priorities in terms of belief, values, actions and life goals. It also helps to identify our strengths and weaknesses and improves our personal growth and development.
