One winter day, a little boy was standing on a gate next to a hospital As the sun set over the bustling streets, a frail old man sat on a bench, shivering with a worn-out blanket. A young professional, Rachel, rushed past, but something made her stop. She saw the old man's struggles and remembered her own grandfather's stories of hardship. She bought a warm meal and a cozy blanket, and sat with him, listening to his tales. As she left, the old man grasped her hand, saying, "You made me feel seen."
