Preparatory phase

Let Us Play

The students are asked to form a circle and the investigator explains the game. The game has three faces in the first phase the investigator will say something and the students will repeat and act as per the instruction.

Stand up, turn right, straight, turn left, straight and sit down.

When the investigator gave away the instructions the students repeat and do the opposite act

Students have to say the opposite of the instructions but to do exactly what the investigator has mentioned

Definition

Self esteem is one’s own sense of his or her own self and value. Self esteem includes feeling of competence, identity, a sense of belonging, self confidence etc. Self esteem means better understanding about the self. Students with low self esteem express less confidence and doubt in the decision making process. And students with high self esteem .Our thoughts, attitudes, mindset, personality, experiences, influence our self esteem.
